Psychological testing and assessment uses a combination of techniques, including the use of interviews and tests, to help answer a question about a person, their behavior, personality and capabilities.
Dr. Rivera conducts client centered assessment, offering compassion and respect while also producing efficient and accurate reports. Assessments are conducted using the most up to date and state of the art test and assessment methods.  Among others, Dr. Rivera conducts disability evaluations, pre-employment evaluations, fitness for duty assessments, bariatric surgery evaluations, writes letters of support for gender affirming surgery, and general psychological evaluations.
